The Valley Forge Patriot Football team is gearing up for the start of their 2024 season.  They have completed two scrimmages against North Royalton and Brecksville and will open the season this Friday on the road vs. Gilmour.  The Patriots are coming off of a 4-7 season and hope to build off of their late season momentum.  They will face two new opponents this year in the Westlake Demons and North Olmsted Eagles.  

 
While the Patriots offense lost 95% of their offensive production from last season they will have plenty of opportunities for younger athletes to make an impact.   The offensive line returns 4 starters in Duane John, Anthony Rivas, Bjordi Mene, and Nathan Clark.  Strong armed Sean Frank will get the nod under center while our running game will be led by a bruising Daymon Watts and a shifty Archie Fullah.

The defense returns one of their leading tacklers in Evan Tappe.  Ethan Anthony and Kawanta Houston are two physical linebackers poised to stop the opponents run game.  Returning starters Cam Wadsworth and Darius Corbin will handle coverage duties in the secondary.  The Patriots have been working hard and are looking forward to kicking off the season.
